- What are your access hours?
Current tenants can access the facility between 6 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- How long is a contract for a storage unit in Tahitian Village?
No need for a long-term contract here. Rent month-to-month. This means no commitments. You can try us for just as long as you need and move out whenever you want.
- How do I end my rental agreement?
Ready to go? Thank you for storing with us. Please give us at least a couple of weeks’ notice so that we can adjust billing accordingly. Take all items with you when you go, including all trash.
- Why was no one around when I visited?
If you visited during our gate access hours (6 AM to 10 PM) but no one was around, you may have visited on a Sunday or outside our business hours on another day. While tenants can access during those hours, our manager is only in the office Monday through Saturday.
Management comes in at 9 AM and gets done at 6 PM Monday through Friday, and is here 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays.
